If you do need to return your dress then we ask that you notify us within 3 days of receipt for a returns reference. The gown should then be returned within 7 days. If the gown is to be exchanged then we will send the replacement out on receipt of the original. If the gown is not suitable we will refund you on receipt of the dress.
