You can buy safely and securely online by just adding the gown of your choice to the shopping cart and proceed through the checkout. A quick check of the 'Availability' tab will tell you if your gown is in stock.

The gown will be then be dispatched, within the UK for a next day delivery. Delivery times will vary for BFPO addresses.

Over the phone

If you prefer to discuss your requirements you can contact us on 01677 42 55 58. We accept all major credit / debit cards. This may be a useful option if you wish to discuss details of the gown or possible delivery options.

Returns

We strongly recommend that you check your sizes with those on our size chart.  If you have any doubts about sizing please contact us on 01677 42 55 58 to discuss options before purchasing.  It is common for evening wear to require some adjustment in order to get the right fit.

If you do need to return your dress then we ask that you notify us within 3 days of receiving the gown, you will be given a returns reference, we then ask that the gown is returned to us within 7 days.  If the gown is to be exchanged then we will send the replacement out on receipt of the original.  If the gown is not suitable we will refund you on receipt of the dress.   Our detailed returns policy can viewed in our terms and conditions. We advise that you use Royal Mails' Special Delivery service to return the dress.
