Designed For You

Not only are our gowns unique to VERB, they have been exclusively designed with you in mind. Whilst each piece is stunning in its own right, features have been incorporated to ensure it is comfortable and practical to wear too.

Our design process sets us apart and it always begins with listening. Our head designer spends a great deal of time on the shop floor, listening to customers, ensuring she has a complete understanding of what is wanted and reacting to your suggestions.

No one is the same shape and very few of us are lucky enough to have the figure or height of a model.   VERB’s aim is to ensure that everyone looks fabulous not just the professional in the photo! We know the biggest concern most customers have is how a dress will fit across the bust and waist, which is why we added lace up backs to the majority of our designs; this allows for the perfect fit, whatever cup size and enhances the waistline! Pleating and ruching also helps to hide areas we don’t want to highlight.

Most of us like a bit of support or the option to wear a bra so in-built formed cups are included. Strapless dresses come with optional straps whilst others have wider straps.

If you are self conscious about the top of your arms (we don’t all have the toned definition of the superstars!) a wrap or bolero jacket is always included at no extra cost.

We are all different heights and often your evening dress will need to be taken up a little, again, this is something we keep in mind when designing.

 

The basic rolled hems can be easily shortened without losing any shape and at a minimum cost.

Remember all our gowns are exclusive to VERB and are produced in limited quantities, because we will never sell the same gown to the same event, you don’t need to worry that you will show up in the same dress as anyone else!
