VERB is pleased to offer a discount of 10% on all full price gowns, for all members and families of the Armed Forces. Simply enter the discount code 'MIN081' during the online checkout. If you prefer to order over the phone we will apply the discount then.

Delivery

We send our gowns all over the world, BFPO addresses are charged at normal UK rates, which are :

£4.99 for the first gown.

£8.95 for two gowns

£15.00 for three.

We use Royal Mail's Special Delivery, whilst this won't get the gown to you on a next day service it will insure the gown whilst in transit.In our experience, BFPO Germany generally take 3 days to arrive.

The best way to order is online or call us (0044 1677 42 55 58) and we will get your gown out to you immediately.

Returns

We strongly recommend that you check your sizes with those on our size chart.  If you have any doubts about sizing please contact us on 01677 42 55 58 to discuss options before purchasing.  It is common for evening wear to require some adjustment in order to get the right fit.

If you do need to return your dress then we ask that you notify us within 3 days of receiving the gown, you will be given a returns reference, we then ask that the gown is returned to us within 7 days.  If the gown is to be exchanged then we will send the replacement out on receipt of the original.  If the gown is not suitable we will refund you on receipt of the dress.   Our detailed returns policy can viewed in our terms and conditions. We advise that you use Royal Mails' Special Delivery service to return the dress.
